Relating to the prohibition of deceptive practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce, by adding subsections which would make unlawful the sponsoring or conducting of, or coercion to use, deceptive drawings, guessings, matchings or games of chance in connection with the sale of, or offer to sell, goods, merchandise, or anything of value.
