Relating to amending the Texas Insurance Code relating to the eligibility of certain groups or associations of public employees to be policyholders under group life insurance contracts; authorizing the payment of premiums in whole or in part from funds contributed by the employer or by the insured under any such policy; requiring that a certain percentage of persons eligible to be insured under a proposed policy elect to be so insured; etc.
