Relating to promoting and protecting the welfare of the people of Texas by prevention and elimination of certain unreasonable practices and policies, including discrimination based upon race, color, religion, national origin, age, or sex; providing for remedies and penalties; creating a Texas Human Relations Commission; providing for local sections thereof and defining the functions, powers, and duties of the commission; regulating the relation between the state commission and local commissions.
