Relating to amending the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, by adding thereto a provision permitting under certain circumstances the Commissioners Court of one county to defray the expenses of an autopsy performed in different county, as well as the expense of the transportation of dead bodies to the County where the autopsy is to be performed.
