Relating to the duty of the Railroad Commission of Texas to protect the rights and interests of the consuming and purchasing public of Liquefied Petroleum Gas products in the production, manufacture, distribution and sale of such products for the geographical area where produced and manufactured; providing for hearings; prescribing the relationship of this Act to existing laws and regulations.
