Relating to the inclusion of municipal utility districts and fresh water supply districts withing the terms and provisions of Section 2a, Chapter 128, Acts of the 50th Legislature, 1947, as amended (Article 1182c-1, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes); further defining the word "city" and the vote required in certain elections permitted by this section; deleting one prerequisite for abolishing a district; exempting river authorities created by act of the legislature from this Act; and declaring an emergency.
