Relating to the jurisdiction of certain courts in Bexar County, Texas; relating to the creation, jurisdiction, administration, and procedure of two courts to be known as the County Court at Law Number 4 of Bexar County, Texas, and the County Court at Law Number 5 of Bexar County, Texas; providing for the qualifications, appointment, election, and salary of the judges and for the duties of the necessary officers and employees; authorizing the appointment of an assistant or assistants to the judge of the County Civil Court at Law of Bexar County and appointment by the Criminal District Attorney of an assistant to serve in the County Court at Law Number 6; providing the terms of such court; adjusting the jurisdiction as between the several courts.
