Relating to the definition of parent; relating to the definition of delinquent conduct; declaring certain unexcused absences from school to be conduct indicating a need for supervision, declaring driving while intoxicated a need for supervision, and deleting from the definition of conduct indicating a need for supervision a violation of certain court orders; defining excused absences; relating to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court; relating to the inspection of detention facilities; relating to the fingerprinting of children; relating to the detention of children; authorizing the detention hearing to be conducted in the county of the place of detention of the child; relating to mandatory waiver of juvenile court jurisdiction and transfer to criminal courts; requiring unanimous verdicts; authorizing the court to enjoin certain persons from having contact with a child; changing references to the age of 21 to age 18; relating to the age of criminal responsibility and prosecution of certain minors.
