HB 1432, 65th R.S.
An Act providing the secretary of the board of directors of a water control and improvement district shall file with the Texas Water Rights Commission, or its successor, prior to the approval of the Texas Water Rights Commission, or its successor, of the district's bonds or project, an order or resolution consenting to the amount of bonds required to be approved by the Texas Water Rights Commission, or its successor, by the district's annexed land lies where said county is a different county from the county in which said district was originally created; fixing certain limitations therein; and enacting other provisions related to the subject matter aforementioned; amending the Water Code.
