Proposition Prop. 1 - The constitutional amendment authorizing an increase of $400 million in the amount of Texas Water Development Bonds that may be issued on approval of two-thirds of the legislature; amending and consolidating provisions of Sections 49-c, 49-d, and 49-d-1 of Article III of the Texas Constitution; and repealing Sections 49-d and 49-d-1 of Article III of the Texas Constitution.
