Proposing an amendment increasing to three and one half per cent (3 1/2%) the maximum permissible interest rate on all bonds hereafter issued by the Board.

Proposition Prop. 2 - For the Amendment to Section 49-b of Article III of the Constitution of Texas by adding thereto a provision authorizing the Veterans' Land Board to issue the bonds authorized under such Section to bear interest at a rate or rates not to exceed three and one-half percent (3½%) per annum.
