SCR 76, 66th R.S.
By the Senate of the State of Texas, the House of Representatives concurring, That the 66th Legislature hereby memorialize the government of the United state to urge the Federal Republic of Germany and the legislators of that nation to abolish or extend the statute of limitations relating to Nazi war crimes.
