Relating to making an appropriation to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for the purpose of supporting the Regional Academic Health Center and the Laredo Extension Campus, and making an appropriation to the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston for the purpose of completing building construction of the Regional Academic Health Center at the University of Texas School of Public Health at the Brownsville Regional Campus.
