HB 1083, 69th R.S.
Amending Article 5996a (which prohibits State employment of certain persons related to State officers) so as to exempt persons who have completed three full semesters as full time professors in a professional school in the two years immediately prior to the election or appointment of the State officer concerned, and declaring an emergency.
