Authorizing the Texas Board of Mental Health and Mental Retardation to convey certain land in Dallas County and other property to the Dallas County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center and to transfer ownership of and title to certain personal property to the Tarrant County Hospital District Mental Health Mental Retardation Center; providing for revision of title to the real property under certain conditions; making certain provisions for the use of the land conveyed and of land for which the conveyed land may be traded.
