Amending Subchapter B, Chapter 87, Texas Education Code, by adding a new Section 87.103 so as to place 110 acres, more or less, of land in Waller County near Prairie View A&M University under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors of the Texas A&M University System, for the use and benefit of Prairie View A&M University; authorizing the board of directors to lease the land for mineral development and to apply the proceeds to the use and benefit of Prairie View A&M University.
