Concerning the designation of trustees to receive death benefits under employees' trusts; the payment thereof when no trustee makes claim; the exemption of such death benefits from certain obligations of the employee's estate; allowing commingling of death benefits with other assets; the validation of beneficiary designations prior to the effective date of this Act.
