Providing for nonsubstantive changes to be made in the transition and conforming change portions of Senate Joint Resolution 11 by Senate Enrolling and Engrossing prior to the enrolling of Senate Joint Resolution 11, if the constitutional amendment proposed by Senate Joint Resolution 3, as passed by the 64th Legislature of the State of Texas, is adopted by a majority vote of the electors voting on the question, at the special election on April 22, 1975.
