Relating to the taking of oysters from a polluted area so designated by the State Health Department and to the disposition of such oysters or undersized oysters; prescribing certain powers of the Parks and Wildlife Department; defining certain unlawful acts relating to the taking or possession of oysters in violation of this Act.
