SB 324, 63rd R.S.
Providing for the payment by counties of rewards to persons who contribute evidence leading to conviction for violation of criminal laws prohibiting pollution of air, water and land, disqualifying certain public employees from eligibility for such rewards, authorizing commissioners courts of counties to enter orders providing for such rewards, providing procedure for claiming and collecting such rewards, providing that such rewards will not exceed amounts of fines paid on convictions leading to such rewards, providing a severability clause, and providing for other matters related to the subject matter of the Act.
