Expressing support for the development of an international heritage corridor with Mexico and requesting the Governor to create by Executive Order a Task Force of the Texas Historical Commission, and the Texas Department of Highways and Public Transportation, Parks and Wildlife Department, and Texas Department of Commerce to collaborate with the Lower Rio Grande Heritage Project.
