SB 1367, 68th R.S.
Amending the Act creating the Coastal Industrial Water Authority; providing that Department of Water Resources approval of bonds and of plans and specifications for projects to be financed by sale of bonds shall not be required of the Coastal Industial Water Authority; finding and declaring that the requirements of Article XVI, Section 59(d), and Section 59 (e), of the Constitution of Texas, have been performed and accomplished; and declaring an emercency.
