SB 990, 65th R.S.
Authorizing any city, county, school district, conservation district, hospital authority, district or joint board, an institution of higher education and any other state agency to enter into contracts for the use and purchase of equipment payable from revenues or taxes within constitutional limitations; providing for payment of interest on such contracts; providing for compliance with Acts 1931, 42nd Legislature, Chapter 163, as amended, but not requiring notice of intention or referendum; providing for approval of the contracts by the Attorney General and registration by the Comptroller; providing for incontestability; making other provisions in the premises; providing for severability and giving the Act cumulative effect.
