SB 618, 65th R.S.
Amending Subsection (d), Section 5, Texas Probate Code, as amended, to provide that all courts exercising original probate jurisdiction shall have the jurisdiction to hear all matters incident to an estate and to provide that such jurisdiction shall apply to Independent Executors, Independent Administrators, Community Administrators or surviving spouse as the surviving partner of the marital partnership.
