SB 56, 64th R.S.
Amending Chapter 352, Acts of the 50th Legislature, Regular Session, 1947, as amended (Article 6228a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), by adding Section 5-2 to increase annuities payable out of the Retirement Annuity Reserve Fund with respect to retirements or deaths occurring before the effective date of this Act and to provide for payment of premiums for group life and health insurance for eligible annuitants; making an appropriation to fund such increases and benefits; prescribing the conditions upon which this Act shall become and continue effective as law.
