Providing for definitions, examination and approval of electronic voting systems by the Secretary of State, adoption by Commissioners Court of electronic voting systems, experimental use of electronic voting systems, payment for voting equipment or automatic tabulating equipment, use of electronic voting systems for absentee voting, the form of the ballot, preparation of the ballot and program and procedure while the polls are open.
