To provide for coordination of the efforts of those agencies with responsibility for the collection, maintenance, and dissemination of information relating to criminal justice matters; to establish a Criminal Justice Information Commission with rulemaking powers; to provide for its membership, duties, and powers; to provide for study of security and privacy matters in connection with the collection, maintenance, and dissemination of information relating to criminal justice matters; to insure the accuracy of information relating to criminal justice matters; to regulate access to information relating to criminal justice matters.
