Relating to authorizing the Parks and Wildlife Commission to designate a representative to act on behalf, and at the pleasure, of the Commission as State Liaison Officer, for the purpose of evidencing the consent and agreement of the Department in State and local assistance programs authorized by the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, as amended or as may hereafter be amended.
