Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas relating to the filing of policy forms of group life insurance with the Board of Insurance Commissioners of the State of Texas, the standard provisions required in policies of group life insurance and exceptions, and providing for the absolute or collateral assignment of rights and benefits conferred on any person insured under a group life insurance policy.
