Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College, in consideration of the payment to it of the appraised value, to convey to the Texas Tech Inter-Fraternity Housing Corporation, certain land in the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, for the purpose of constructing thereon fraternity and sorority lodges.
