Relating to amending certain Acts relative to the seizure and forfeiture of vehicles used in connection with violations of the narcotics laws, providing for the disposition of such vehicles and the funds obtained from the sale thereof; authorizing the Department of Public Safety to retain for the use of the Narcotics Division those vehicles upon which no lien or mortgage existed.
