Relating to appropriating the sum on One Thousand, Eighty-Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1086.50) together with the pro-rata interest earned thereon out of the general fund of the State of Texas, or so much as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment rendered against the State of Texas, in favor of Home Furniture Company, a corporation, in cause Number 84447 in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, 53rd Judicial District, such judgment having become a final judgment.
