Relating to amending certain Statutes to provide for an increase in the annual fee for a Dealer License Plate from Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars to Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars; providing that no commercial vehicle, truck-tractor, bus, trailer or semi-trailer may carry a load while operating with dealer license plates.
