SB 98, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that motions to quash and set aside indictments or informations, exceptions to the form or substance of indictments or informations, applications for change of venue, pleas of former jeopardy, affidavits setting forth the insanity of the defendant, or other claims shall be filed and presented to the court at least three full days prior to the date the cause has been set for trial and not afterwards; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict; providing that the invalidity of any part shall not affect the remainder.
