HB 667, 50th R.S.
Relating to providing that any person of legal age may insure his own life in any domestic or foreign life insurance company doing business in this State and designate as beneficiary therein any person, or persons, partnership, association, corporation or entity; further providing for a change in the beneficiary in any existing policy on the life of such insured in like manner.
