Relating to permitting Kate Chambers Sturgis and Stella J. McGregor, the only surviving lawful heirs of General T.J. Chambers, to bring suit against the State of Texas for the value of 5004 acres of land owned by General Chambers, and condemned by the Republic of Texas for the purpose of establishing a seat of government and upon which the City of Austin now stands.
