Relating to prohibiting the operation of a corporation for the dual purpose of owning, controlling or operating a cotton seed oil mill and of owning, controlling or operating a public cotton gin, providing suitable penalties, forfeitures and procedures for enforcing this Act. prohibiting any interference with or restriction of competition in the sale, handling or marketing of cotton seed.
