Providing the State Fire Marshal with authority to enter and examine certain buildings and premises in order to perform his duties, authorizing the State Fire Marshal to take full control and custody of buildings and premises under certain conditions, empowering the State Fire Marshal to declare certain buildings or structures public nuisances and to order them to be repaired or demolished, providing the State Fire Marshal with authority to act promptly in situations determined to constitute imminent peril to buildings, property and to the public, allowing for recourse to a court of competent jurisdiction where required for the enforcement of State Fire Marshal orders.
