Congratulating the State Bar of Texas and its friends on the new Texas Law Center and accept in the name of the people of Texas this gift of a bicentennial plaza and parking facilities from the State Bar of Texas; providing for copies of this resolution to be prepared for presentation to the State Bar of Texas as a token of gratitude from the members of the legislature and the people of Texas for the stat bar's magnanimous gesture of philanthropy and patriotism.
