Relating to notification of purchasers of real estate situated in certain districts of the taxing power, bond-issuing authority and related powers of such districts; requiring the filing and updating of information, maps and plats by such districts to be used in the preparation of the required notices and for evaluation of titles; providing for the duties, responsibilities and liabilities of members of the governing boards of such districts under this Act; making provisions as to the status of lienholders; making notice unnecessary on sales made after dissolution of such district; providing for recovery of damages and penalties for violations of this Act; denying right to damages in certain situations.
