Relating to authorizing the International Commerce Development Corporation, to establish, operate and maintain a foreign trade zone at Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and other sub-zones; authorizing the International Commerce Development Corporation, to apply to the Foreign Trade Zone Board, Washington, D.C., for a grant to permit the establishment, operation and maintenance of the foreign trade zone and sub-zones in accordance with federal laws and the regulations of the Federal Trade Zones Board; authorizing the acceptance of such grant.
