Relating to making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird or game animal in Bexar County at any time; to take, kill or trap any fur-bearing animal in Bexar County; to take or attempt to take any fresh water fish or other aquatic life in Bexar County by any means or method; requiring the Game and Fish Commission to make investigation with respect to the depletion and waste of the wildlife resources of Bexar County; providing penalties.
