Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to allow the Commissioners Court of Jefferson County, Texas, to set the salary of the Judge of the County Court of Jefferson County at Law at a figure not less than Eight Thousand ($8,000) Dollars and not more than Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars per annum; providing a severability clause; repealing all laws in conflict.
