Relating to providing for the election of one (1) presidential elector from each Congressional District in the State of Texas; providing that the remaining number of electors to which the State is entitled shall be elected from the state at large; providing for the nomination of the electors by each political party in its State Convention (Presidential Convention); providing for certification of the nominee; providing for counting the votes and certification of the results to the Secretary of State; providing for canvassing of the votes.
