Relating to authorizing the Board of Supervisors of certain Fresh Water Supply Districts, either upon petition, or upon their own motion, order an election for the purpose of determining whether or not said existing District shall be divided into two (2) Districts, with two (2) Boards of Supervisors, or whether such Districts shall exclude territory described by metes and bounds in the order calling said election.
