Relating to amending certain statutes by exempting property of associations for teaching and demonstrating modern and scientific methods of ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship not operated for profit form taxation when income from such property in excess of the amount necessary for operation and maintenance is used for the development of boys and girls and young men and young women in connection with ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship and demonstrating modern and scientific methods of ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship.
