Relating to providing for the transfer of Forty Thousand ($40,000.00) Dollars from the funds of the Citrus Maturity Inspection and Color Added Fund, the Agricultural Protective Act Fund and the Citrus Grading Fund to the Horticultural Inspection and Quarantine Division of the State Department of Agriculture, for the purpose of fighting certain citrus pests; and providing for certain employees and their salaries.
