Relating to amending a certain Act authorizing the State Parks Board to operate or grant concessions in State Parks and to operate concessions or make concession contracts for any causeway, beach drive, or other improvements in connection with State Park sites; providing that the revenue thus earned shall when collected be placed in the State Treasury.
