Relating to providing that it shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive a motor or other vehicle upon any road in any public park under the control of the Texas State Parks Board at a rate of speed in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour, providing a penalty and authorizing any peace officer to arrest without a warrant for any violation of any provision of this Act.
