Relating to appropriating Twelve Thousand ($12,000) Dollars, for the month of June, 1939, and Twenty-one Thousand ($21,000) Dollars, for the month of August 1939, to defray the administrative expenses of the Texas Relief Commission incurred in connection with the distribution of surplus commodities, the investigation and certification of clients to Works Progress Administration, Civilian Conservation Corps, and National Youth Administration, and administration and liquidation of federal programs in Texas.
